Tech 3 CEV rider Hector Garzo will join Kenny Foray in Tech 3’s 2 rider attack at the first ever MotoE World Cup.
The line up for the opening season of the MotoE World Cup is nearly complete after Tech 3 announced their 2 riders for 2019.
Current CEV rider Hector Garzo will step up into MotoE as he secures his relationship with Tech 3 even further.
He will be joined by french rider Kenny Foray who takes on a new challenge after claiming the 2017 French Superbike title whilst also taking part in various Endurance races.
MotoE officially kicks off at Jerez in just under 2 weeks time (23-25th Nov) before officially going racing in May.
