The current Junior Moto3 championship leader will join the Moto3 class full time in 2019, as he steps up to the world stage with Aspar.
Junior Moto3 championship leader Raul Fernandez will join Le Mans Grand Prix winner Albert Arenas in Gelete Nieto’s Moto3 team.
Sticking with KTM machinery for 2019, which will also join them in their return to the Moto2 class, Arenas and Fernandez will hope they can put the bike on the top step, where we last saw it in Le Mans when Arenas took the victory in a penalty filled race.
Raul Fernandez is not a new name to the Grand Prix paddock, with the youngster completing six wildcard or replacement apperances, with his best result of ninth at the 2018 German Grand Prix.
Fernandez currently has two wins and four podiums to his name, whilst Albert currently sits in 13th in the 2018 standings.
