Stop and Go Team director Edu Perales has confirmed that Isaac Vinales will be replaced by Alejandro Medina in Brno.
Reasons for the decision are not entirely clear, but Isaac Vinales, who is currently in 21st position in the championship with the best result of 11th at the Circuit of the Americas race at the end of April, won’t contest Czech round of the championship for the team.
He will be replaced by 21-year old Spaniard Alejandro “Alex” Medina, who is riding in Superstock 1000 class in RFME CEV championship this year. He has previous experience in both Moto3, contesting CEV Moto3 races during 2012 and 2013 seasons onboard Honda and KTM bikes, and Moto2, contesting CEV Moto2 races during 2014 and 2015 season onboard Ariane motorcycle.
All at Now Moto team wish Alex the best of luck at his World championship debut.
