Josh Brookes ended the 2nd practice at Brands Hatch on top setting a 1:36.324 around the damp Longfield circuit.
In a session ruined by the earlier downpour, it was Josh Brookes who topped the final session 2 seconds faster than RAF Regular and Reserves Kawasaki Jake Dixon and Glenn Irwin.
Only 12 riders took to the circuit with Shaun Winfield rounding out the field.
Josh Brookes lead the way from the start of the session up until Glenn Irwin took the top spot and held on to it till the end where Josh snatched it back after a lap on the dry tyres.
Jake Dixon ended FP2 in the 2nd spot ahead of Be Wiser Ducati’s Glenn Irwin who topped the earlier session.
James Ellison once again featured inside the top 5 after setting the 4th quickest time in FP2. Ellison was ahead of Mason Law and Honda’s Dan Linfoot who had topped the session at the midway point.
Gino Rea returned to the top 10 with a 7th place ahead of Andrew Irwin who ended FP2 in 8th. Luke Hedger was the top BMW in 9th place ahead of Christian Iddon in 9th and 10th.
Dean Harrison and Shaun Winfield rounded off the field.
