After announcing that himself and the CF Motorsport team will be ending their collaboration with immediate effect, Kyle Ryde has returned to British Superbike action in the Supersport class.
Kyle Ryde is set to return to the British Supersport class this weekend on a Moto2 as he will join Josh Owens and Joel Boerboom in the GP2 class.
Ryde started 2018 with CF Motorsport, a team that he has had huge past successes in Superstock and Supersport.
Unfortunately for Kyle things didn’t work out with the R1 Yamaha, after returning from World Supersport, and announced in June via social media that he was withdrawing from National circuit racing, with no immediate plans.
Kyle Ryde made his British Superbike debut at the back end of last year after Billy McConnell ruled himself out of any further action at Thruxton. Ryde finished in 15th, 17th and 18th respectively.
Ryde was out testing the Moto2 bike at Silverstone during the week and has since taken part in the opening British Supersport session, ending in a strong P7.
