Sam Coventry will return to British Superstock class this weekend as he is set to replace Luke Hedger who will partner up with Jakub Smrz in the Superbike class.
Sammy Coventry will return to BSB this weekend at Brands Hatch as he will replace Luke Hedger on the PR Racing Bowker Motorrad BMW.
Luke Hedger was drafted up from Superstock into the British Superbike class at Knockhill as he was replacing injured Czech rider, Jakub Smrz.
This weekend however see’s Jakub Smrz back on the grid and Luke Hedger will be alongside him.
This, of course, leaves a seat in the Superstock 1000 class, which has already seen a fair few rider line up changes over the week, and that seat will go to Sam Coventry.
Sam Coventry started his 2018 season in the Ducati Tri-Options cup scoring his best result in the 2nd race at the opening round of the season at a cold and wet Donington Park.
The Hampshire rider started 2017 in the Superstock 1000 class with the G&5 Racing Kawasaki but switched to the PR Lloyd and Jones BMW halfway through 2017.
We wish Sam all the best on his return to the championship!
